I would assign 10 stars if available. My husband suffered a brain injury in June 2025, and we needed transportation so that he didn’t have to transfer in and out of his wheelchair. From the office staff to the drivers, we experienced professionalism AND compassion, which is just so appreciated when you’re under stress. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Excellent service with that personal touch you don't get that often any more. This service really saved me when a regular disabled access cab let me down leaving me stranded. Reasonable prices and nice equipment. I've used this service before several times and always five stars.

New Transport is the best transport service in the area. Vehicles are clean, drivers are on-time and professional. Price is competitive. They took both me and my husband to many doctors appointments over the last 2 years. Their vehicles do well with wheelchairs and their drivers know how to handle patients and wheelchairs. This company is UNBELIEVABLE. The level of customer care was far beyond being on time with a clean comfortable van, they made our daughter feel like a special person , delivering her to the family party like a princess. We love this company and will be our only choice in the future.

I had a cancellation with a different company, so I went looking for a transportation company that could do same day request for one of my residents who had an appointment with their BH clinician. I was first told that I had to do the request 24 hours in advance. However, this company called me back and said that they would be able to accommodate my very late request for a same day ride. I am beyond grateful that they were SO flexible with us. The driver showed up on time early even even though our pick up time was less than an hour from when I requested & booked the ride.
